The Fitzpatrick Professional Center offers attorneys, professionals, and the independent businessperson the opportunity to rent a private office, an office with secretarial area, or a mini-suite. In contrast to the numerous contemporary office buildings located on the Peninsula, the Fitzpatrick Building provides a modern office environment graced with the dignity and distinction of a classic structure.
Telephone reception and message service, shared use of our T1 line, mail processing, high-speed copy reproduction, including color copies, and VCR are available on site. Convenient parking is only steps away in the Marshal Street public parking structure. We also offer validation for parking there for up to two hours free. Convenience kitchens are located on all three floors with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The building offers showers for both men and women.

Executive Identity Program

This program offers the client the opportunity to establish their company’s presence at the Fitzpatrick Building without requiring full-time occupancy. Services are available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, except holidays.

This 5,050 sq. ft. suite was designed by architects for their own use. It is bi-level with most of the suite designed around the retracting glass ceiling over the lobby area. This spectacularly unique feature provides natural lighting and a refreshing, enjoyable outdoor feel. These features plus a large open space for cubicles, the convenient kitchen, two conference rooms and an impressively unique corner oval office make this suite exciting and inviting.
